An MBA gave me the tools to succeed marketing and selling consumer products. But it was my warmth, compassion and love of people that enabled me to manage with a “coaching” style while in a corporate environment. After years on that path, I learned coaching was a career, and it was one that allowed me to channel my life experiences.  I could take everything I had learned the hard way--- transitioning divorce, living with alcoholics, poor relationship choices and career layoffs---and use it as a tool to support other women. I could share the lessons and insights I had learned, or rather earned, to help other women learn easier, faster, with less pain, and without having to go it alone.

My specialty is teaching women to fall in love with themselves and their lives.

Using all my life experiences, every painful, dark, difficult one of them, I trained (and that included being coached) to teach, coach and lead women through their life journey, making them feel safe, supported and understood in the process.    

As a seasoned Women’s Life Coach, trained by best-selling author, Debbie Ford, I create a safe, loving space for women around the country to make permanent changes, reach their goals, and love being themselves.   

Drawing on a combination of my experiences, education and training, I coach, speak, write, and lead teleclasses and workshops. My specialty is guiding women to fall in love with themselves and their lives.
