Types of Coaching

Anima Life Coaching offers two unique styles of one-on-one coaching, Essentials or Integrative Coaching, to suit personal preferences and styles.

Essentials Coaching™ is a structured program which includes instruction, coach/client discussion, and coach-guided exercises. With these tools and support, clients identify key areas in their life to change, then create specific plans, goals and actions to create these changes. Client and coach work together by phone with a step-by-step approach. The client uses a week-by-week workbook to record their session breakthroughs and insights, and they check in by email weekly to be held accountable and stay on track in reaching their goals.

Generally preferred by those who are open to sharing their feeling and emotions, Integrative Coaching™ incorporates guided visualization and is a deep, powerful process. It’s designed to support individuals in creating balance in their lives and moving from head to heart. The result is clients return to the part of themselves that got left behind while overworking, overachieving, or striving for perfection. Clients work with their coach to explore hidden feelings, underlying commitments, and fears, and to define a Vision of what they want. Taking steps weekly to reach that goal, clients also uncover what has stopped their progress in the past. Armed with those insights and discoveries, clients replace limiting beliefs with new healthy beliefs transforming their lives into what they've been envisioning.

Either style, Essentials or Integrative Coaching, works on the target area you choose to address. It’s simply a matter of determining what method suits your style and your needs better. A conversation with your coach will help you know which coaching program is right for you.
