Teleclass Experience
Group teleclasses can be an alternative or an adjunct to one-on-one coaching. Some clients aren’t quite ready for the time commitment of personal coaching. Instead they begin with a teleclass series, some which last four weeks, some six and some ten. Other clients use a teleclass as a follow-up to their coaching. Either way, joining a teleclass is a way to enjoy some, but not all, of the rewards of coaching in a group environment.

From the comfort of home, or even an office, participants call a predetermined conference call number and join other women working on similar life issues and striving to make similar life changes. Together class participants meet weekly in a safe, anonymous (first names only), virtual classroom where they can learn from their own experiences, as well as others. Each class features a new topic, sharing, and exercises aimed at self growth and discovery.

What's in Your Fear Box?
Our fears play tricks on us. They keep us stuck. Hold us back. Make us anxious, worried and have us believing things that are usually not true. Learn how your fears stop YOU. We’ll work together on how you can identify your fears, see how they play out, and most importantly, you’ll learn how to get control of them (instead of having them control YOU!) Join me to learn strategies to take control of your fears.


Let’s Face It, We All Get Angry
The question is how do we use that anger in healthy ways. How do we make it work for us, rather than stuff it, deny it, or let it eat us inside. We all need to admit it, we get angry. It’s a healthy human emotion and regardless of what we’ve been taught as young girls, getting angry is natural. Learn how to use your anger in healthy, non destructive ways to set boundaries, get more of what you want, and care for yourself and your family.


Making Peace with Your Inner Critic 
If you’re like most of us, you need to find the “off” button for your Inner Critic, that voice that cricitizes, judges, and assesses EVERYTHING you do, 24/7. Either you or your Inner Critic needs a vacation, but the self judgments need to stop. Be a part of this single session class to learn more about your Inner Critic and how to silence the criticism by making peace with it.


Give Up Your Guilt 
Learn all the places your guilt stops you. Begin giving yourself permission to care for yourself, get what you need, be who you are---all without feeling guilty. Stop using your guilt as the driving force behind your decisions. Donna will provide the first steps toward being more in control of your life and less controlled by your guilt. See how the way you treat yourself directly affects those around you.

We all want to be liked and enjoy doing things for others, but where do we draw the line and say no? Join this class to learn how to stop being a “yes man” and start saying no in a way that is powerful and non-confrontational.
